Penthouse Residence, Miami Beach (with Herzog & de Meuron)

Inspired by Miami's rich history of Tropical Modernism, the 5,000sqft rooftop penthouse sits atop the 11 11 Lincoln Road garage in Miami Beach. The home opens to lush gardens designed by renown landscape designer Raymond Jungles and provides spectacular 360 degree views of Miami Beach. As the project manager for Swiss architects Herzog & de Meuron, Chris directed the design and team of architects and consultants through the design and development phases of the project.

The residence was recently featured in Vanity Fair magazine.
