As part of the 11 11 Lincoln Road development, 1665 Alton Road comprises 4 adjacent condo units designed around intimate interior courtyards filled with sunlight and dense landscape plantings by famed Florida landscape architect Raymond Jungles.

As project manager with Herzog & de Meuron, Chris directed the team of architects and consultants through the design and development phases of the project, culminating in city approval and permitting.
