1100 South Miami Avenue, Miami   (unbuilt project - for Tishman Speyer)

The project consists of 30,000sqft of high-end retail, restaurants and outdoor dining at street level. Floating above is a 400 car parking garage clad in flowering bougainvillea vines. The bougainvillea, which thrives in Miami’s lush tropical environment, acts to not only conceal the parked cars, but provides a sunscreen and cooling for the structure and the extensive sidewalk cafes and dining establishments below.
